I really appreciate the employees at the 60th and F location. They are always helpful and have great attitudes. This store should be a model for other locations. I could go to any convenience store for the products that I need. I choose this store, because of the service that I receive.
Not the first time. I had money for bills in bank but I stopped for gas and paid at pump...guess what? They put a hold on my money so it overdrafted my account, fees I now have to pay, plus late fees for my bills. I called Casey's customer service and they also had a bad attitude about it. DO NOT PAY AT THE PUMP!!!!

$10/ hr is too much for the kids in Lakin KS Casey's. Service is terrible on all levels. Gave order at deli to one kid who joins another to chat while making pizza Without turning my order in or even looking at the person behind me. Took several minutes for someone else to moz zy over and actually take my order. No mayonnaise when I got to that phase. Check out wasn't any better. There was a coffee spill which could have been handled by one person, not the checkout clerk.. Nobody at the counter so the people ahead of me were waiting. My change was just handed to me with no counting back or anything. When I ask if people count change back any more clerk just says Nope . I live In a neighbouring town but won't be going back To this Casey's. We'll pass on to Garden City
Casey's in Wyoming Iowa isn't a good place to go. The worker in the kitchen is dirty with unclean hair and smells bad. The manager is not very helpful and rude. The whole store is gross and unclean!!
Very sad that Casey's find very minor reasons to fire many employees after they have worked there over 20 years and are starting to have some medical problems ,just take a look at there turn over and average age of there employees . Not enforced but yes illeagle . I read one review they don't care, so true SAD SAD I USED TO BE A GREAT CUSTOMER !
Where do I start? I love the people who work in the physical stores, I've only ever seen them. They are real people.
I want to encourage the company to get a better pizza dough recipie. Don't be afraid of salt or even sugar. Some barley malt might help the bread. I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and I found out I Need sugar sometimes, specifically. I usually don't eat a lot of sugar.
Add more marinara sauce to the pizza. Ask the customer if they want a lot of cheese or not.
If you had a test kitchen where the employees could go and come up with recipies and write down customer requests, it would definantly be better for business then the far off and corporate is stuck, lost on another planet kind of approach that so many businesses have. Don't rely solely on the internet for everything. Some people don't have access to that.
Also I litterally don't have a whole dollar to spend most of these days. Get some items set aside for people at the bottom so they're not breaking into the trash can.
And please just up the general moral standard. Having a truly taken care of community, and wealth doesn't come withought trust, letting go, and long-suffering. Thanks for being there. You do a lot of things right.
The homemade cake donuts and handmade pizza dough always put Casey's above the rest. That being said, a combination of low pay and ill treatment of store employees in stark comparison to employees outside of the store (truck drivers, admin, etc) who are treated like gold, means that even in small towns turnover is extremely high. It is not unusual to know every employee one day and the next have a whole new crew. This means employees are overworked, underpaid and often not the friendliest. Now, despite being one of the few companies able to continue thru the pandemic, they decided to cut more corners and no longer make homemade cake donuts, they made a change to frozen, which you can literally get anywhere. There is no point in paying their high price for subpar donuts. Next will probably be the pizza dough... As a lifelong patron, I can no longer justify the cut corners, prices and treatment of their front line workers. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is for Casey's west in Grinnell. Ia. They have the friendliest staff, the store is always clean, and its my favorite store in Grinnell. I do want to talk about one person though and his name is Martin. He makes donuts in the morning and I only buy Blueberry Fritters if he has made them. I can tell just by looking at them that he worked that morning. They are to die for delicious. He does something different that I think all the employees should learn how to do. His are not too doughy, have nice crisp sides, don't taste greasy, are sweet through and through and he uses a little more icing possibly. Whatever he does, it makes them exceptional and extraordinary. Give Martin a raise. He cooks everything else just as well but man I love those fritters!
The employee cleaning the bathroom was very Rude!!! I need to use the bathroom and he yelled at me so I will not be back to any Casey’s ever!!
You really need to push people wearing masks! I see too many people without their masks on and we are in a pandemic! Until you push this I will take my business else where! This was @ Kimball Mn store!

We have 3 other choices for pizza in Detroit Lakes - Casey's just got bumped to last. Dough was dry, tough and without taste. Ordered it online and paid $23 plus tax, only to show up and see a sign for the Supreme pizza for $13. I guess I shouldn't expect much from gas station pizza. Never again.
